Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Sell Bel-Air Mansion for $17.8 Million
Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West have said goodbye to their lavish Bel-Air home.
The couple, with the help of Million Dollar Listing’s Josh and Matt Altman, have sold their mansion for $17.8 million, more than one-and-a-half times the price they originally paid for it — making it the most expensive home ever sold in Bel-Air Crest, according to the MLS.

Kim Kardashian Goes Platinum Blonde: See Her Bold New Look!
Khloé isn’t the only blonde Kardashian anymore. Kim Kardashian West debuted platinum hair in Paris on Thursday, and we have a feeling her husband helped her make the decision.
Last year, she told PEOPLE that Kanye prefers her as blonde. But Kim was hesitant at first. “He asked if I would ever go back to blonde. I was like, ‘Not right after a baby, because my face was so swollen and it looked like my lips were huge. My face was just off.'”
Fast forward to now, and it’s clear PEOPLE’s guest Beauty Editor has decided her face is on, because she’s blonder than ever. The 34-year-old star stepped out at the Balmain show with a bold, bright color, styling her strands in a sleek, swept-back style. And though we all know how much she loves to pull a hair prank (last summer she stepped out in a very convincing long blonde wig), this time we think the star’s bleached hue is the real deal.
One thing Kim did not dye? Her brows. That’s because she’s spent a long time perfecting them.
“Eyebrows for me are always really important,” she shares in the latest issue of PEOPLE. “I didn’t know how much they shape your face and how different they make your face look. I met Anastasia [Soare] and she was just begging to do my brows and I was like ‘Eh, I don’t know,’ and after she did it changed my life. It literally looked so different. Generally I think that they have a good shape. I love where my eyebrows are going right now.”
As for other beauty secrets from the star, she reveals that she doesn’t wash her mane everyday (she’s all about he dry conditioner from her Kardashian haircare line). She also wishes she was better at styling her own hair and could “curl it like the pros.”

Kim Kardashian: 'I Have the Hairiest Forehead You Could Ever Imagine'
Kim Kardashian West is very open when it comes to her beauty routine. We know this because she didn’t hold anything back as PEOPLE’s guest beauty editor in this week’s issue. For example, her candor about laser hair removal on her hairline is not only refreshing, but a story you probably haven’t heard. So let’s have her tell you.
“I have the hairiest forehead you could ever imagine, and I would always break out and get all cracky on my forehead just from all the hair that I had,” she tells PEOPLE. “So in high school, I would wax it off because there was just so much hair, and then I would laser it off a little bit. If you Google 2008 or 2007, I had the craziest, hairiest hairline, so I did laser it. Everyone would just Photoshop it every time I did a photo shoot [anyway]. I didn’t really change the shape, I just got rid of all the baby hairs.”
Another major beauty focus for the star is her eyebrows. The only person she lets near her arches? Brow master Anastasia Soare.

Kim is currently at Paris Fashion Week with her family, and she just shared a photo of her on-trend manicure, switching up the length of her tips. (We know, it’s hard to focus on her nails when her gigantic Lorraine Schwartz engagement ring is staring you in the face.)
And Kim tells PEOPLE that when she goes for her manis, she always gravitates toward pale shades: “My go-to nail color is always nude. I like gels, so I like this OPI ‘Samoan Sand‘.”
